เมื่อถึงช่วงเทศกาลคริสต์มาส ทางกิจการไปรษณีย์สหรัฐฯ(USPS) ที่ขั้วโลกเหนือ ในมลรัฐ อลาสกา เล่าว่าได้รับจดหมายถึง ซานต้ามากกว่า 100,000 ฉบับ และที่ทำการไปรษณีย์หลัก ในขั้วโลกเหนือนี่เอง เป็นที่ ที่ซานต้ารับจดหมาย

ส่วนจุดกำเนิดของวัฒนธรรมการส่งจดหมายถึงซานต้าเริ่มต้นเมื่อปี 1912 เมื่อผู้อำนวยการของการไปรษณีย์ในสมัยนั้น แฟรงค์ ฮิชคอกค์ อนุญาติให้บุรุษไปรณีย์ รับและตอบจดหมาย ที่บุคลและองค์กรณ์ส่งถึง ซานต้าเพราะความเห็นใจ และวัฒนธรรมนี้ก็ยังคงดำเนินต่อไปเรื่อยๆ

บุรุษไปรษณีย์เล่าว่า เดือนธันวาคมเป็นช่วงเวลาที่มีจดหมายส่งมาถึง ซานต้ามากที่สุด พวกเขาได้รับจดหมายจากทั่วทุกมุมโลก วันละหลายๆฉบับ และจะพยายามตอบกลับจดหมายทุกฉบับ

เมื่อวันที่ 22 ธันวาคม 2009 คณะครูโรงเรียนสุริยวงศ์ร้องเพลงคริสต์มาสอวยพรแด่ ท่านพิชัย นันทชัยพร นายกเทศมนตรีเทศบาลเมืองราชบุรี  โดยท่านพิชัย ได้เดินมาฟังเพลงคริสต์มาสด้วยตนเองและชื่นชมคณะนักร้องคริสต์มาส และได้กล่าวเชิญชวนให้ช่วยประชาสัมพันธ์งานใหญ่ที่ทางจังหวัดราชบุรีได้จัดขึ้น กับงาน ราชบุรีไชนาทาว์น ที่จะจัดในช่วงเทศกาลตรุษจีนนี้

ทางผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดราชบุรีก็ได้เปิดบ้านจวนผู้ว่าฯ ให้คณะนักร้องชาวคริสเตียนทั้งหมดเข้าบ้านและพูดคุยอย่างเป็นกันเอง และรู้สึกปราบปลื้มมากที่ คริสเตียนชาวราชบุรี ได้มาร่วมร้องเพลงคริสต์มาสได้อย่างไพเราะและมีความหมายที่สำคัญ และจะไม่มีวันลืมกับเสียงเพลงที่ท่านได้ฟังตลอดชีวิต
